Albert Dow, 70, of Mingus, passed away on June 30, 2014 at his home. Rosary Service will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, 7:00 pm at Edwards Funeral Home, Strawn, TX. Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014, 10:00 am at the Mt. Marion Cemetery, Strawn, with Father James Wilcox officiating. Burial will take place in Mt. Marion Cemetery.
Albert was born on April 13, 1944 to John and Freda Bassile Dow in Mingus, TX. He was a graduate of Strawn High School and was a member of St. John Catholic Church of Strawn, TX.
Albert is survived by his three sisters, Annie Cook of Stephenville, Hellen Dow Collins and husband Larry also of Stephenville, and Jeanne Mowery and her husband Dennis of Portland, OR ; two Brothers, Johnny Dow of Fort Worth, Steve Dow also of Fort Worth; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father John Dow and mother Freda Bassile Dow.
