Angelina M. Janie Lemley

STRAWN – Angelina M. (Janie) Lemley, 98 of Strawn, passed away Thursday October 24, 2019 in Stephenville. Rosary will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Edwards Funeral Home, 215 Housley, Strawn, TX. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Mt. Marion Cemetery.
Janie was born November 24, 1920 in Thurber, TX to John Galina and Mary (Alberton) Galina. She married Glen Lemley on February 14, 1952 in Strawn. He preceded her in death in June of 1969. She was a clerk, as well as a homemaker, and a member of St. John Catholic Church. She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, Geno, Johnnie and Jess Gallina; and by a sister, Lillie Pontremole.
Survivors include 2 daughter, Betty Chew and husband Jimmy of Stephenville, and Jennifer Gilley and husband Roger of Ft. Worth; and 1 grandson, Chris Chew of Stephenville.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Saint John’s Catholic Church in Strawn, Mt Marion Cemetery, or to the donor’s favorite charity.
