EASTLAND– Anna Mae Sharp, 88, of Eastland, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014 in Whitney, Texas. Graveside Services were held on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 11 am at Eastland City Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Eastland.
Anna was born December 17, 1925 in Olden, Texas to Thomas and Beatrice (Elliott) Sharp. She was a graduate of Olden High School. She was a member of Cisco Assembly of God. Anna served in the United States Women’s Air Corps.
She also worked as a retail clerk.
She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
Anna is preceded in death by her parents; her three sisters: Vivian Kile, Mildred Squiers, and Tommie June Sharp.
Anna is survived by one sister: Betty Gray of Eastland, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and one special friend Jim Bilbrey of Cisco, Texas.
