Barbara Mckinley

Barbara Louise McKinley, 69, of Ranger, Texas died November 26, 2012. She was born in Sherman, Texas. She was the daughter of Ozell Vandergriff and the late Roy Vandergriff. She was educated in the Ranger public schools, graduated Ranger High School in 1961, and later attended a business college in Dallas, Texas. In 1983 she married Les McKinley in Dallas, Texas. For the past several years Barbara was employed in the administration offices of Eastland Memorial Hospital, Eastland, Texas. Barbara was active in her church and served on the worship team. She was a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary at the First Pentecostal Church in Ranger, Texas.


She leaves her beloved husband, Les McKinley, her sister Maxine Kendrick, and mother Ozell Vandergriff. She also leaves several nieces, nephews and cousins whom she loved dearly. She was very close to her family.


Visitation, Wednesday, November 28 from 5-7 pm at the Edwards Funeral Home in Ranger, Texas. Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at the United Pentecostal Church on Caddo Highway (Hwy 717) in Ranger, Texas. Interment will be at the Bullock Cemetery on Caddo Highway (Highway 717) in Ranger, Texas.
