Becky Ann Thomas

Becky Ann Barrett Thomas, age 70, went home to with the Lord and her husband Sunday, January 20, 2019. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, January 24th at the New Gordon Cemetery. Under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Strawn.
Becky was born January 15, 1949 in Fort Worth, Texas to John Andrew Barrett and Clara Opal (Rexroat) Barrett. On October 20, 1967 she married Laurence Edward Thomas in Fort Worth and they were wed for 47 years before he passed away on September 7, 2015.
She enjoyed many things in life including; watching TV, playing Po-ke-no, the PTA, and visiting with other people so she could encourage them to be a better person. She was mostly known as a great mother to her kids and grandkids and will be missed dearly by them.
Becky is survived by sons, Christopher Shane Thomas and wife Kristi and Edward Michael Thomas; daughter, Tonya D’Ann Payne and husband Arthur; 9 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her parents and her husband.
