Bert W. Young, 75, passed away October 4, 2018, in Ranger Texas.
He is survived by his daughters, Cynthia Young and Roberta Burg; cousins, Scott Vinson and Mark Vinson; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Everett and Dorothy Young; brothers, Terry, Tommy, and Billy; cousin, Jimmy Vinson; his formidable and much loved grandmother, Bertie Young; and two amazing aunts, Johnnie Young and Maureen Vinson.
Born August 19, 1943, in Ranger, Bert was a 1961 graduate of Ranger High School.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, 409 Walnut St., Ranger, Texas, 76470.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ranger Exes Association Scholarship fund.
