Calvin Graham Millican Sr.

Calvin Graham Millican, Sr, 82 of Carbon, passed away Sunday June 11, 2017 in Eastland surrounded by his family. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Murray Cemetery in Carbon with Rex Boggs officiating. The family will receive friends at Edwards Funeral Home in Eastland on Tuesday, 5~7 p.m.
Calvin was born February 20, 1935 in Carbon to William Henry “Bill” Millican and Geraldine (Dover) Millican. He graduated from South San Antonio High School he served in the Navy for four years. He married Virginia Helen Fletcher on June 4, 1956 in Oakland, CA. He was a barber and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Wanda Galloway, and Juanita Qualls.
Survivors include his wife, Helen; three sons, Calvin Graham Millican, Jr (Jill), Vincent Keeley Millican (Brenda), and Ronald Clay Millican (Audrey); a daughter, Cindy Gayle Carlton (Bill Dutton); three brothers, Billy Gene Millican, John Millican, and Mark Millican; two sisters, Wannell Millican, and Ottie Lasater; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and extended family, Bobby Carlton.
