Charles Speer, age 80, of Mingus went to be with the Lord Monday, July 6, 2020 in Weatherford, Texas. Services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, August 1st at New Gordon Cemetery. Under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home Strawn.
Charles was born November 25, 1939 in Clifton Texas to Sam Edmond Speer and Johnnie Maud Savage Speer. He worked on cars as a mechanic in the auto industry, he loved playing guitar, fishing, and his family. Charles was also, a member of the Mingus Baptist Church.
Charles is survived by his nieces and nephews, Roxy Ward, Rusty Speer, Doug Speer, Leslee Speer, and Ricky Speer. He is proceeded in death by his parents and his brother.
