Clara Dwayne Dool, 74, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2012 in Ranger. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Eastland City Cemetery with Rev. Don Ray officiating. The family will receive friends at Edwards Funeral Home in Eastland on Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
She was born on August 15, 1937 in Carbon to Edward Eugene Millican and Verda Leona Greer. She worked as a caregiver and was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Millican.
Survivors include 3 sons, Charles Edwards, Jimmy Dool and Bill Dool; 4 daughters, Patti Tice, Janie Morgan, Kathy Brewer and Shawnell Williams; 5 sisters, Gwen Boyd, Paulette Douglass, Betty Bonds, Barbara Rossander and Kay Butler; 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and other special family members including James Chapman and Tim Edwards.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Ranger Care Center or to Lighthouse Hospice.
