Dennis Dale Meyers

Dennis Dale Meyers, age 71, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Harris Methodist in Ft. Worth. Dennis requested to be cremated and a service will be held at a later date.
Dennis was born May 9, 1949 in Dilley, Texas. His mother was Nadine Williamson Meyers. Dennis was a private man and did not share about his earlier life. Dennis did join the US Army in May of 1969 and served honorably until May of 1971. He was a construction worker and loved building and creating things. Most recently he worked for Tigermart in Eastland where he made many new friends.
If someone was in need, Dennis was quick to help anyway he could. He enjoyed going to the casino and would often take his older friend next door. Dennis was also and animal advocate, taking care and feeding many of the strays in the area.
Dennis leaves behind many good friends and neighbors and his loving bonus daughter and caretaker, Stephanie Samora.
