Donald Duane York

Donald Duane York was born on August 3rd, 1941, to EJ York and Dolly Francis Brown. He went to be with our Lord Jesus on January 31st, 2023. He was 81 years old.
Donald Married Fay Dean Lough on October 9, 1959, in Eastland, TX. He loved his wife, Fay, with all of his “body”, as he would say. He was known as “Pa” to all his grandkids. He loved fishing, camping, yardwork, fellowship with others, and sharing the love of Jesus. He was humorous and loved to laugh. He had a special place in his heart for all. He loved his “rugrats’(grandkids). He had a different nickname for each of his rugrats, and that was special to him.
Among those that will cherish his memories include his wife Fay of Granbury, TX. Children: Justine Dodd of Springtown, TX, Christine and John Robinson of Weatherford, TX, Carla and Robert Keller of Granbury, TX, and many grandchildren: 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild, and many extended family and friends.
Pallbearers: Ronnie Sha Dodd, Doug Baker, Brent Cottrell, Micah Sourjohn, Jay Orr, James Million, and Kyle Bailey.
