Doris ‘Elaine’ Reynolds Strahan, age 78, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at her residence in Cleburne, TX. She was born on December 25, 1945, to William Wright Reynolds, Sr. and Margaret Catherine Wuertele Reynolds in Austin, TX.
Elaine has joined in Heaven the love of her life, Samuel ‘Wayne’ Strahan, Sr, whom she married on May 27, 1978, in McGregor, TX, and shared 45 beautiful years together before his passing on February 4, 2024.
She was a recognized and honored employee of Lockheed Martin and their F-22 Team. She also worked many years as an executive assistant at Hardin-Simmons University and as part owner of Strahan Enterprises.
Elaine loved her family and made sure they loved Jesus. She showed her love through the many homemade meals she served her large family and others. Those who knew her loved her and will miss her dearly.
