Elnor Sue Rogers Nee Rexroat

Elnor Sue Rogers, age 89, of Lake Palo Pinto went to her Heavenly Home Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 30th at New Gordon Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home Strawn.
Sue was born April 14, 1933 in Gordon, Texas to Betty Clepper Rexroat and Paul Rexroat. She graduated from Gordon High School and married Joe Rogers January 6, 1951 in Palo Pinto Texas. They were together 43 years until his passing in 1994. Sue had a fun career working for Central and Frontier Airlines and GSW Travel. She loved collecting dishes, watching the Texas Rangers and working at her business Antiques et al in Hurst.
Survivors include Elnor’s son, Randal Rogers and wife Sandy; daughter Nelda Smithwick; brother, Steve Rexroat and wife Lynn; sister, Lola Lofman; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
