Elvie James Williams, age 58, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 in Abilene. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Saturday February 2, 2019 in Cisco.
Elvie was born August 12, 1960 to Jay and Mattie Williams in Ukiah, California. He married Valerie Boner and they lived together in Abilene.
He is survived by wife, Valerie; father, Jay Williams; kids, Christopher Cone, Michael Pipkin, and Tisha Sharpe; brothers, Walter and Rodney Williams; sisters, Ester Osteen, Angie Honea, and Retha Williams; and grandchild, Shaley Cone.
