Ernest Cleveland Beck

Ernest C. Beck, age 86, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021. A memorial celebrating his life will be held at 2 pm Friday, January 22, 2021 at Edwards Funeral Home at 411 S Mulberry in Eastland.
Ernest was born May 9, 1934 in Gatesville, TX to Grady Cleveland and Jesse Mae James Beck. He joined the US Air Force in August of 1952 and was honorably discharged in June of 1956. He was a mechanic and worked for many years in the oil field around Odessa, TX. On Nov 28, 1956 He married Miss Elizabeth Anne Pedigo in Big Springs, Elizabeth preceded him in death on November 20, 2016.
He is survived by his three sons; Wylie Beck, Ernest C. Beck, Jr. and wife Teresa, Grady Beck and wife Lori and one daughter, Sherri Ainsworth and husband Ronnie: 9 grandchildren; Bryan and wife Cincy, Rachell and husband James, Breann, Dustin and wife Nicole, Kristen and husband Jerry, Jonathan and wife Leslie, Ronnie and wife Melissa, Sonny and wife Jennie, and Carl and 21 great-grandchildren.
Ernest is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth, grandson, Bobby Beck, and granddaughter Tammy Bernard.
