Eugene M. Johnson

Eugene M. Johnson age 87 went home to be with his Lord and Savior November 10, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Services for Eugene will be at 11 a.m. Tues, Nov. 17th at Edwards Funeral Home, 411 S. Mulberry St, Eastland, TX. Burial will follow in the Eastland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 9 a.m. until service time.
Eugene was born in Stamford, TX, August 19, 1928 to Floyd and Louise (Winslager) Johnson. He worked as the Produce Supervisor for Safeway in CA for 20 years before moving back to Texas, and another 20 years for Safeway in Dallas & Ft. Worth as a District Produce Supervisor.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 wonderful years, Leeannett, sons; Jerry Johnson and wife Linda of Riverside, CA and Daryl Johnson of Ft. Worth, daughter; Jana Henderson and husband Kenneth of Cisco, TX, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
He was the perfect Husband and Father who followed and loved Jesus. His life touched so many wonderful people.
