Fay Yeiko Tucker

Born on May 29th 1946, to Robert and June Hamanaka, Fay Yeiko Hamanaka was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii until she married Monte Ray Tucker on August 8th 1966. Fay and Monte met in Hawaii while he was serving in the Navy. After retiring in 1990, Monte, Fay and their youngest daughter, Stacy moved to Eastland, TX. Fay happily lived here and passed away on December 28th 2021.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Monte Ray Tucker, her father, Robert Hamanaka, her mother, June Johnston, and her sister, Betty Simmons.
She is survived by her sisters, Berna Ho and her husband Anthony (Pahoe, HI), Bessie Cranage (Wahiawa, HI)
Her son, Monte Yeiso Tucker and his wife Mandy (Mililani, HI), Her daughter Tracy and her husband Ron Thomas (Jeffersonville, IN) and daughter Stacy Tucker (Eastland, TX).
Her grandkids, Saphire Tucker (Kapolei, HI), Miki Tucker (Everett, WA), Maddox Tucker (Mililani, HI), Mackenzie Tucker (Mililani, HI), Tawny Tucker (Jeffersonville, IN), Frank Lovejoy III (Louisville, KY), Roni Thomas (Louisville, KY), Robert Perryman (Fort Worth, TX), and Amethyst Hamanaka (Lufkin, TX), 9 Great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and love by many.
Her viewing will be held at Edward’s Funeral Home in Eastland Wednesday, January 5th from 2-4 pm. Please direct flowers and gifts to the funeral home at 411 S. Mulberry Street, Eastland, Texas.
