Gary Lynn Curtis

Gary Lynn Curtis (51) of Cisco was called home on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, in Eastland, TX. Gary was born on October 14, 1969, in Redlands, CA to Shannon and LaDora (Dodie) Boyd. He graduated from Cisco High School in 1989. He began working for EBAA Iron in 1992 and was a loyal employee for twenty-nine years.

Gary is preceded in death by his mother, LaDora and sister, Linda (LaLa) Nelson. He was dearly loved and will be missed by the following survivors: loving fiancé, Jamie Griffith; father, Shannon and fiancé, Jackie, of Cisco; two children, Justin Curtis of Breckenridge and Tori Boyett and husband, Zack, of Albany; three brothers, Dennis Curtis, Zachary Boyd, and Joshua Boyd and wife, Brandi all of Cisco; Jamie’s children, Cody Griffith and wife Kaycie of Greenville, TX, David Griffith and wife, Katie, and Britney Griffith, of Cisco, Other survivors are eight beautiful grandchildren who Gary loved spending time with: Haygan Curtis, Bentley and Westlyn Boyett, Nolan and Gideon Griffith, and Jimmy, Graycie, and Hayzel Griffith.

Gary had a passion for riding 4 wheelers, fishing, camping, and BBQing. Family was the most important thing in his life, and all he lived for. A celebration of Gary's life will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 5:30pm at 310 CR 115 Cisco, TX 76437, with Pastor Chris Ferguson and Morgan Boyd presiding.
