George Edward Jenkins

RANGER – George Edward Jenkins, age 58, passed form this life Sunday, June 7, 2020 at his home in Ranger. He was born August 17, 1961 in Ohio to Emanuel Raymond and Lucile Elizabeth Graham Jenkins. It was George’s request to be cremated but a celebration of his life will be help Friday, June 12, 2020 at 6pm at the Merriman Baptist Church in Ranger.
He worked in construction as a contractor and was a hard worker who always wanted to do his best for an honest wage. George was also a loving family man. In his free time, he enjoyed music and playing the drums. He also enjoyed his bike and 9 times out of 10 would beat you at a game of pool. George loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing and just enjoying the sunshine. He was a member of the Merriman Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
George is survived by his children; Melissa Foster, Kimberly Boyte, Charles Westphal, Kimberly Torrence and Kayla Williams who has been his loving care giver for the last several years. He is also survived by Stacey Jenkins and brothers; Daniel, Jack and Paul Jenkins, 10 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews
