Georgia Ray Parrish

Georgia Ray Parrish, 84 of Ranger, Texas passed from this life on Monday, June 5, 2017. Georgia battled cancer for several years and was cared for by her daughter and son-n-law Sheila and Lawton Williamson of Ranger, Texas and Alpha Omega Hospice.
Georgia was preceded in death by her parents Willie Ray Parrish and Georgia Annie Belle Smith; brother, Kenneth Smith. Her survivors include her three daughters; Vicki Sommers and husband Louis from Irving, Texas, Shelia
Williamson and husband Lawton from Ranger, Texas, Donna Mumford and husband Ronny from Ft. Worth; twelve grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
We were so blessed to be at our mom’s side holding her hands when she went to be with the Lord.
Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend will be missed very much and will always be remembered and we know she is in a better place and at peace.
To honor her life a memorial will be held at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas on Saturday July 8th at 3:30 PM
