Gladys Angela "Ann" Boyett

Gladys “Ann” Boyett, 74, of Cisco, TX went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2021.
Ann was born on December 23, 1946 in Merkel, TX to Othell and Marjorie Reeves. Ann married the love of her life and apple of her eye, her husband Douglas “Sandy” Boyett on December 5, 1968. They were happily married for 53 years. He and her family might argue that she was the best cook and cake decorator in the world. She never failed to make everyone’s birthday a special occasion.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents Othell and Marjorie Reeves, and sister Toni Retta. Ann is survived by her husband Sandy Boyett, her brothers Clifford “Chip”, Stanley, Tracy, and Phillip Reeves. Although Ann never had children of her own, she happily doted on her nieces and nephews, Toni, Cory, Jesse, Dustin, Lesli, and Chris Reeves. Ann will be missed by a long list of family and friends. She will be remembered as being an incredibly devoted and selfless person, and her bright light did not fail to touch every person she came across. Ann had so much love to give to whoever needed it, and her soul was one in a million. Her kindness will be remembered by all. Her family and friends love her “a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck”. Ann requested to be cremated. Private services will be open to close family at a later date.
