Glen Ray

Glen Carl Ray, 63, of Cisco passed away November 27, 2013 in Abilene. Glen was born on January 12, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio to M.C. Ray and Jean Price. Glen was a US Army veteran with two tours in Vietnam. He was a truck driver and member of the NRA. He married Rhonda Jackson on March 15, 1975 in Texas City, Texas. Together they raised their three sons and daughter.
Since he was a cowboy and didn’t want a lot of fuss, his grandchildren got together and built his casket. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Glen is survived by his wife: Rhonda Ray of the home, his father: M.C. Ray, his three sons: Robert Ray, Randy Hall Ray, and Jason Ray, his daughter: Kelly Ray, his three brothers: Keith Ray, Larry Ray, and Brett Ray, his one sister: Vickie Ray, and his eleven grandchildren.
Glen is preceded in death by his mother: Jean Ray, and his brothers: Dana Ray and Aaron Ray.
Services were held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Murray Cemetery.
