Hunt Allan Farrell

Hunt Allan Farrell, 73 of Mingus, passed away Sunday November 14, 2021 in Stephenville. A visitation will be held Thursday, Nov. 18th at Edwards Funeral Home, 215 E. Housley, Strawn, Tx, 6~8 p.m.
Allan was born April 9, 1948 in Albany, OK to Hilary Farrell and Leona Mae (Adams) Farrell. He graduated from SOSU with degree in education. He also graduated from TSTC with a degree in environmental science.
He married Cathy Pierce on June 12, 1970 in Bekchito, OK. He was a Baptist, enjoyed all sports and had a talent for wood working and could built most anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Tammy Lewis Wood; and 2 sisters, Joann Campbell and Jean Bateman.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Farrell; a son, Clifton Adam Farrell and wife Elizabeth; a daughter, Christy Williams; grandchildren, Lonny (Pete) and wife Patience, Steven Duane and wife Cara, Donny and wife Selina, Beverly and husband Doug, David and wife Kodi, David Lee, Layla, April and Michelle, Jeremiah, and Charlie; and 21 great grandchildren.
