James (Jim) Edward Norman Paw-Paw Paw-Paw-Honey Grand Paw - Glam-Paw Ft. Worth- James (Jim) Edward Norman, age 77, of Ft. Worth, passed away from this life and joined his Heavenly Father on Sunday March 31, 2013. Services are directed by Bakker Funeral Home in Eastland. Visitation will be Thursday April 4th from 5:00 - 7:00. Funeral services are Friday at 2:00 pm at Bakker Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Eastland City Cemetery. James was born January 11, 1936 in Prescott, Arkansas to Novice and Haskel Norman. James moved to Ft. Worth, TX and made his home there. He was a 40 year truck driver for Roadway Express of Dallas and Western Gillett. He married the love of his life and soul mate on August 25, 1979 in Ft. Worth. He is a member of The Fellowship Baptist of Saginaw. He was preceded in death by both parents, Novice and Haskel Norman; brothers, Jay Roy Norman and Billy Jack Norman; sister, JoAnn McDaniel and daughter, Robin Renee` Craig. James is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years Linda Norman of Ft. Worth; daughters, Brenda Campbell of Houston, Verda Escobar and husband Raymon of Waxahachie and Debra Kay Hanson and husband Mike of Crowley; son, John Wheeler of Dallas; brothers, Jerry Norman and wife Ester of Arkansas and Rodger Norman and wife Billie of Tennessee; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and many family members and friends.
