Janie Lee Watters, age 80, went home to be with her Lord and Savior and be reunited with her loving husband, Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at the Ranger Care Center surrounded by one ones who loved her dearly.
Janie Lee Vinson was born October 8, 1938 in Ranger, TX to Perry Taylor Vinson and Fannie Bell Casey Vinson. She grew up in Ranger and was a graduate of Ranger High School. She married Mr. Travis Watters on December 29, 1959 and was by his side until his death in 2004. She worked for many years for Dillards as a collections agent. She was a Baptist and loved the Lord.
She is survived by one son, Jackie Lynn Watters and 2 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Janie is preceded in death by her parents, 4 siblings and her beloved husband, Travis.
Janie loved life and was rarely seen without a smile and loving word for everyone she met. She will be missed.
