Jeannie Wright Walker

Jeannie Walker, of Eastland, passed away Tuesday June 30, 2015. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church in Eastland with Rex Boggs and Shawn Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in the Eastland City Cemetery directed by Edwards Funeral Home.
Jeannie was born March 24, 1949 in Gorman to James and Lea Wright. She married D.J. Walker on July 24, 1981 in Eastland. She was a retired legal secretary and member of the First Christian Church. She enjoyed spending time with family and was an avid supporter of all their endeavors. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her precious daughter Jana Cogburn.
Survivors include her husband D.J.; sons, Jason and wife Laurie, Scotty, and Dustin and wife Jolene; daughter, Jennifer; brother, Jim and wife Pat; grandchildren, Justin, Jayton, Davia, Conner, Haven, Kailee, Daven, Jackson, and Andi.
