Gordon – Jimmie Flo McSpadden Crain, age 92, went to her Heavenly Home Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 12th at Edwards Funeral Home Strawn, burial will follow in New Gordon Cemetery. A visitation will be 5-7 PM Friday, December 11th at Edwards Funeral Home Strawn 215 E Housley, Strawn, TX 76475.
Jimmie Flo was born February 7, 1928 in Gordon, Texas to James F. McSpadden and Lavell Archer McSpadden. She married Everett E. Crain whom passed away in 1978. She loved shopping, reading books, telling family stories, and studied health problems.
She is survived by her son, Greg E. Crain, daughter-in-law Leslie Crain, grandchildren, Jason Ponders, Michelle Reed, Stacie James, Carolyn Dove, Kelly Crain, Corlie Couger, India Williams, and Merodee Head; niece, Nancy Brock; and nephew, Charles Farmer and 22 great-great grandchildren. Jimmie Flo is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Ronnie Crain; sister, Evalyn Farmer; and granddaughter, Dana Shuree Crain.
