Jimmy Robert Andreatta

Jimmy Robert Andreatta, 68 of Santo, passed away Tuesday September 5, 2017. Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Edwards Funeral Home in Strawn. Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. John Catholic Church burial will follow in the Mt. Marion Cemetery.
He was born September 11, 1948 in Stanton, TX to John Andreatta and Mary (Reck) Andreatta. After high school he attended Tarleton State University for a year. He married Donna Solignani on May 31, 1969 in Strawn. He served in the National Guard Army Engineers and was a member of the Catholic Church. He was a rancher, and worked for Brazos Electric Power Company. He enjoyed working in his shop and riding motorcycles.
Survivors include his wife, Donna; three sons, Jimmy Andreatta, Jr. (Shanna), Jacky Andreatta (Alicia), and Jeremy Andreatta; one daughter, Kelly Andreatta and fiancé Jerry Ragland; one brother, Johnny Andreatta (Sue); three granddaughters, Zoe Andreatta, Lexi Andreatta, and Izzy Andreatta.
