Jimmy Frank Wilson, 58 of Eastland went home to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, August 5, 2013. A memorial service will be held 11AM Monday, Aug. 12 at the Bible Baptist Church in Cisco.
Jimmy was born Oct. 28 1954 in Ranger, TX to W.B. and Bula Berry Wilson. He was a life-long resident of Eastland, TX and a graduate of Eastland High School. Jimmy worked as a self-employed carpenter all his life. He was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Cisco and loved teaching Sunday School and getting the opportunity of witness to others every chance he got. He loved animals of all kinds especially his dogs. Jimmy married Aretta Davis Fisher May 24, 2002 in Cisco. Jimmy always had a smile on his face even through the last several weeks and surgery in Temple.
Jimmy is survived by his lovely wife, Aretta of Eastland, one sister, Paula Beggs of Haltom City, 2 nieces and 2 nephews. He is also survived by his faithful companions, Zeke and Dancer - his 2 dogs.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Joe D., Bill and W.B. Jr., 2 sisters, Evelyn Walton and Lawana Wilson.
The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to their local SPCA or animal shelter.
