Johnny Evans Ferrell Jr., 78, passed from this life to the next on Monday, November 16, 2020. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 2PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, 211 Pine, Ranger.
Johnny was born in Ranger on October 31, 1942 to Johnny Evans and Jean Ferrell. He married Linda Hanna on July 29, 1989 in Fort Worth. He worked computers, had a lawn care business, and had formerly been a postal carrier in Ranger and Stephenville for 20 years. Mr. Ferrell proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Ferrell; sons, David and Jim Ferrell; step-sons, Lynn and Clayton Griffin; and grandchildren, Allison, Gaylen, and Riley Griffin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Grant Griffith; and step-father, Fuzz.
