Johnny David Williams was born in Ft. Worth on October 31, 1947. He was a lifelong resident of Ranger, Texas. Johnny died at his residence on Monday, June 3, 2013.
Johnnie married the love of his life, Helen Gail McDaniel, August 15, 1969. Johnnie was a retired paint contractor. He enjoyed hunting, and fishing. Johnny loved to make anyone he came in contact with laugh. Johnny also wrote poetry.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Williams and Zelma Williams; a brother, Jackie Richard Williams; and a daughter, Davie Sue Williams.
He is survived by a sister, Midge Braden; his beloved daughters, Angie Kay Williams, Christie Joann Williams Peterson, and Kandy Lynn Williams Chapman and husband, Jeremiah Chapman. Also, grandchildren, Sterlin Arsenio Peterson, Justinian Noel Peterson, Monique Ariel Peterson and Benjamin Luke Jeremiah Chapman. He had a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in the near future at the cemetery in Desdemona.
