Juanez Elaine Garcia

It is with a broken heart that I must announce my beautiful Momma has passed away! She fought so hard... our wonderful God called her home and told her “Job well done, daughter! Welcome home".
Juanez Elaine Davis Garcia was born on November 22, 1937, at Spring Lake, Texas to Sidney and Mary Viola Davis. They moved to Caddo, Texas where she graduated from Breckenridge High School, class of 1955.
She married Curtis Dawson with whom she had 2 children.
She started her banking career at South Main Bank in Houston, Texas. She and her 2 children moved to Caddo, Tx in 1974 to help her mother after her Daddy passed away. She continued her banking career with First National Bank in Breckenridge, Tx. Juanez married Raymond Garcia in 1974. They made their home in the LaCasa Community.
She dearly loved her children, but she adored her Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and her Great- Great Grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond; daughter, Belinda (Steve) Roberson of Denison; son, Troy Dawson of Waxahachie; Grandchildren, Jason Roberson (Amanda) of Allen, Joni Beth (Chris) Lane of Denison; Great Grandchildren, Justin Lane of Denison and MaKenzie Sinor of McGuire AirForce Base, New Jersey; Great-Great Grandchildren, Nash and Arthur Sinor of McGuire AirForce Base, New Jersey; Nephew, Roy Justice of Mannsville, Okla and Niece, Starla Justice of Meade, Okla; Her dear long time Best Friend, Beth Calvert of Waco and last but not least her beloved dogs.
Juanez was preceded in death by her mother, daddy and sister, Colleen Fetterman and daughter-in-law, Vicki Dawson.
There will be a Memorial Service, Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 1 pm at New Hope Baptist Church, 7528 FM 717 S, Ranger, TX 76470

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home – Ranger.
