Judy C. Basey, 75, passed away Wednesday August 28, 2019 in Abilene, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Jewell Cemetery, with viewing beginning at 1:30 p.m.
Judy was born September 8, 1943 in Tylertown, Mississippi to Donald Gartman and Mary Audena (Breeland) Gartman.
Judy was a homemaker and had worked at Tuesday Morning for a time and later at Goodwill in Eastland.
Survivors include her longtime companion, Randy Pack; 2 sons, Charles “Chuck” Basey and wife Kathy, and Kenneth Scott Basey and wife Christie; a brother, Joe Gartmand; 2 sisters, Mary Cone, and Audrey Johnson; and a grandchild, Paidan Basey.
Due to the remote location of the cemetery, please feel free to join the family as they go in procession from Edwards Funeral Home, 411 S. Mulberry St, Eastland, TX at approximately 12:45 p.m. Saturday.
