Kenneth Wade Massey

Kenneth Wade Massey, 90, of Georgetown, Texas passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at St. David’s Hospital in Georgetown. Graveside services will be held at 1 pm Thursday, December 28 at the Eastland City Cemetery, 400 S. Halbryan St. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Wednesday at Edwards Funeral Home at 411 S. Mulberry in Eastland, TX.
Kenneth was born June 2, 1927 in Duncan, OK to Hugh L. Massey, Sr. and Ola (Erwin) Massey. He married Eva Joyce Niblett on January 11, 2002 in Olden, Texas. Kenneth was preceded in death by his first wife, Ernestine Massey in 1998. He was also preceded in death by his parents, six sisters and two brothers. Before his retirement, he was Vice President of Operation for Cardinal Chemical Company in Odessa, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Eva Joyce Massey of Georgetown, children; Larry Massey and wife Maggie of Waxahachie, Beverly Bailey and husband Glenn of Alpharetta, GA, Velda Elaine Miller and husband Donald of Arlington, stepchildren; Donna Douglass and husband Guerry, Randy Niblett, Karen Ellis and husband Tom, four grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and two great grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.
