Lisa Kaye Lynn

Lisa Kaye Lynn, age 72, of Strawn passed away on August 23, 2024. She was born October 18,1952 in Ranger, Texas to Manny Fulfer and Louise McQueary. She graduated from Gordon ISD in 1970. Lisa married Stinker Lynn on April 1, 1972 and was blessed with her two children Shana and Travis. Lisa worked for many years as a school secretary for Strawn ISD where she was also the cheer sponsor. She touched many lives while at Strawn School. Lisa was active in her community of Strawn throughout her life. She became a grandmother in 2004 to Liberty Vandergriff followed several years later by Cooper and Maggie Lynn. They loved their Ema who always made the best chocolate milk and made sure they were spoiled every time they came to her house. These three were her pride and joy and she would tell everyone and anyone that she had the best grandkids in the world.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents Manny and Louise Fulfer and grandparents Sam and Maggie McQueary and Barney and Leola Fulfer. She leaves behind her daughter Shana Vandergriff and Todd Weger, granddaughter Liberty Vandergriff, son Travis Lynn and wife Katie and grandkids Cooper and Maggie.

Her funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Strawn, Texas on Friday August 30, 2024 at 10:00am.
