RANGER – Loyd Alvin Howell, age 87, pass from this life to the next Tuesday, August 9, 2022 in Eastland, Texas. Local arrangements are with Edwards Funeral Home Ranger at 211 Pine Street Ranger, Texas 76470. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 6-8:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home Ranger. Services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, August 12th at Edwards Funeral Home Ranger.
Loyd was born July 21, 1935 to Bertha Wilson and Floyd Delmer Howell in Ranger, Texas. He was a truck driver that loved life and was an adamant fisher.
Loyd is survived by three sons, Randy Howell, Danny Howell and wife Kelly, David Howell and wife Kim; daughter Christina Heidler and husband Robert; and grandson, Colton Howell.
