Marilyn Sue Logan Williams, Born September 22,1944 in Graham, Texas., was Called home by the Lord on November 15, 2024 in Mineral Wells, Texas.
She is Survived by her husband of 62 years, Clarence Williams, a brother Leo Logan Jr. & his wife (Jessie Mae) and sister Lynnette Facteau & her husband (Jim). Children: Frankie Joe Williams & wife (Cynthia) Richard Logan Williams & wife (Stephanie) Timothy Wade Williams & wife (Caroline). Grandchildren: Mikaela Bettis & husband (James), Caeden Williams, Declan Williams, Adrianna Williams, Logan Williams. Great-grandchildren: Ja'Kobe Bettis & Xavier Bettis.
She was Preceded in death by her brothers James Logan, Daune Logan, Robert Logan, and John Logan, and Sisters Theresa Strawbridge, Vinita Neutzler, Thelma Nell Neutzler, and Glora Smith.
Born to Leo Gordon Logan Sr. & Allie Lee Logan. She was raised on their family farm north of Mineral Wells. She was Married to Clarence Joe Williams on June 9, 1962. They raised three sons in Mineral Wells. She worked various jobs including Mineral Wells ISD School cafeteria worker, Office cleaning, TRW Optron and Jamak as a electronics assembler, and CCA corrections officer. She was always a positive Christian influence on all who met her. She Attended Southside Church of Christ in Mineral Wells most of her adult life as well as South Main Church of Christ in Weatherford, Santo Church of Christ and Lone Camp Church of Christ.
She was a loving, protective and proud Mom, Grandma, and Great-grandma who set a wonderful example of how to live in this world. She will be dearly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Memorial service will be held on Thursday November 21, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Southside Church of Christ in Mineral Wells, Texas.
