Frances Bishop, 90 of Eastland passed away peacefully on May 9, 2016. Frances was born in Gorman on May 27, 1925. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 50 years, Dr. Jack G. Bishop. Frances loved the First United Methodist Church and participated in the Civic, Music, EE (formerly known as the demonstration club) and the Garden Club. Frances was a loving Mother who touched many lives throughout her 90 years. She is survived by her daughter, Julia of Dallas; cousin, Jack (Olga) Stubblefield of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Mack Stubblefield of Carbon; cousin, Barbara Faucett of St Louis, MO; cousin Gary (Sherry) Faucett of Parker, Texas and their children; nieces, Carol (Dave) Rowley of Denton and Susan (Hollye) Fisk of Dallas; great nephews Chris Rowley (Mandy) of Dallas; Carson (Kendall) Fisk of Austin; David (Casey) Fisk of Dallas and numerous cherished great nephews and a precious great niece. Frances will be lovely remembered by many dear friends and special care givers.
