Nancy Elizabeth Chapman

Nancy Elizabeth Chapman, 88 of Eastland, passed away Sunday October 24, 2021 in Mineral Wells. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30th at Edwards Funeral Home in Eastland. Burial will follow in Dennis Cemetery in Callahan County. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, 6~7 p.m.
Nancy was born on February 22, 1933 in Cisco to Robert McKinney and Cordie Scott McKinney. She married Travis Ray Chapman on August 30, 1952. They lived on their property North of Putnam for many years, raising their 4 children. She worked for the Cisco Press, and later for Dr. Ayres Cermin for many years. Travis preceded her in death on October 27, 1992. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Chapman Collins; grandson Jared Chapman; and sister, Liz Krchelich. She enjoyed training her dogs and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include 3 sons, Kenneth Chapman and wife Delores, Larry Chapman, and Terry Chapman and wife Denise; a sister, Winona Migliavacca; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
