Olga Faye Merritt, 84, beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Sister, was called to her Heavenly Home on August 14, 2022 at her home in Ranger. A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 17th from 6-8:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home Ranger. Services will be Thursday, August 18th at 11:00 AM at Edwards Funeral Home Ranger; burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Ranger.
She entered this world on March 23, 1938 in Archer City, Texas, born to Ben Burrow and Jewell Wilkerson Burrow. She married Thomas F. Merritt on March 4, 1967 in Cisco, Texas.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Jewell Burrow and husband, Thomas F. Merritt. She is survived by sister, Bettye Carter; sons, Scott Burrow and wife Melissa and John Burrow; daughter, Lisa Reason and fiancé Steve Hallmark; grandchildren, Benny Burrow, Aaron Borchard and wife Jennifer, Daniel Borchard and wife Hannah, and Kathryn Reason-Sharp and husband Tyler, Jamie Richardson and wife Sharron, and Mathew Richardson; great-grandchildren, Sierra Borchard, Alexis Borchard, Paydin Burrow, Zaelynn Sharp, Layken Sharp, Justin Richardson, Jayton Richardson, Shelby Richardson, Jordan Richardson, and Nettie Richardson; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
