In Loving Memory of Princess Priscilla Sullivent Alford Krantz

Princess, a beloved resident of Eastland, Texas, gracefully departed this life on February 3, 2024, at the age of 80. Born on September 30, 1943, to Agnes and Hubert Sullivent in Eastland County, Princess dedicated her entire life to the community she held dear. Today, she rejoices with her Lord and Savior, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories for all who knew her.

Princess was a woman of extraordinary talents, seamlessly navigating through various roles that left an indelible imprint on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her. Beginning her career with Hollywood Vassarette, she later ventured into the world of beauty, becoming a Beauty Operator in 1968. Princess took pride in helping people look and feel their best. Alongside her tenure at Eastland Cattle Auction, notable milestones included establishing the Lacy Lady wholesaler store within Russell Newmans and co-owning and operating the Bankhead Highway General Store with her devoted husband, Richard Krantz. Her career culminated with selfless service as an EMH Volunteer at the Sunshine shop, embodying her unwavering dedication to helping others.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Princess reveled in creating enduring memories with her family. Whether engaged in arrowhead hunting, fishing escapades, or savoring life's simple pleasures, Princess exuded warmth and love, earning her the endearing title of Granny Princess. A devoted Maverick fan, she enthusiastically supported her children and grandchildren in all their endeavors. In her later years, she discovered a passion for golf, earning numerous accolades as a member of the Texas Women’s Golf Association and at the Lone Cedar Country Club.

Princess was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Phillip Alford, and siblings Louise Hodges, Billy Sullivent, Kenneth Sullivent, Elmer Sullivent, and Venna Maples, along with their spouses.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Richard Dean Krantz, and five devoted children: Renee & her husband Robert McCulloch, Kenneth Alford & his wife Denise, Steven Alford, Tracy Alford, and Parker Krantz & his wife Jen. Princess also leaves a lasting legacy through 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Princess's life will take place at Gunsight Baptist Church, where she was a devoted member, on Saturday, February 10th, at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to Gunsight Baptist Church or to your favorite charity in honor of Princess Krantz.

Princess has found eternal peace, surrounded by the love and cherished memories she leaves behind, forever in our hearts.
