Rayford Lee Brown

Rayford Lee Brown passed away February 24, 2023 in Mineral Wells, TX at the age of 88. Rayford was born on March 6, 1934 in Eastland TX to Charlie Andrew Brown and Annie Dell Walker. Rayford married Beverly Sue Landers Pittman June 20, 1980. Rayford was a jack of all trade but spent most of his life as a painter. He enjoyed watching westerns, wheel of fortune, playing dominos, and fishing and he loved to dance. He loved telling stories to anyone who would listen. He was sweet, caring and a little stubborn at times but the love he had for Beverly was unmeasurable.
Rayford is survived by his 5 daughters, Stella & Dewayne Marlow of Granbury, Elizabeth Brown of Granbury, LaVada Brown & Matt Light of Mineral Wells, his son Dakota Brown of Gatesville and brother Donald Brown of Ranger. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Rayford was preceded in death by his wife Beverly, sisters Nelda, Dolly, Loneta, brother Charles, daughter Sharon, son Joe Ray, his parents.
