Rena Michelle Alexander, 46, of Eastland, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016 in Eastland. Arrangements were under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Eastland.
Rena was born February 22, 1970 to David Huxford and Debra (Scott) Huxford in Abilene, Texas. She was a Computer Programmer, backhoe operator, a licensed Pharmacy Tech, and cosmetologist.
Ms. Alexander is survived by her mother, Colleen Young of Eastland; father, David (Rhonda) Huxford of Indiana; 2 sons Evan Michael Young and Shawn Colton Young of Abilene; a daughter, Jessica Stormy Sky Alexander of Abilene; 2 brothers, James Huxford of Indiana and Beau Scott of Abilene; 2 sisters, Veda Vester and Angela Huxford of Indianna; and 4 grandchildren; Bryden, Ryan, and Adrian Munoz and James Young. She was very proud of her grandsons.
The family of Rena held a memorial service at the Merriman Baptist Church Thursday, May 19th at 2:30 P.M. Services were conducted by Pastor Terry Jones and songs by Loyce Jones. Merriman Baptist Church members supplied luncheon and support.
