Rhonda Kay Tucker Nelson, age 67, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, September 11, 2017. A memorial service will be held 10AM Thursday, September 14 at the Gunsight Baptist Church located between Cisco and Breckenridge on Hwy 183.
Rhonda was born November 19, 1949 in Colorado City, Texas to Raymond and Johnny Myrtle Hulme Tucker. She graduated High School in Spruce, TX. Rhonda loved her family and was able to serve her family as a homemaker most of her life. She was an amazing cook and was especially talented at anything sweet like her fudge and cheesecake. Rhonda enjoyed crafts such as crochet and she was a lover of all animals and was often caught conversing with the dogs and cats. She also loved the Lord and was a member at the Gunsight Baptist Church.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents and a dear sister, Sue Watson.
She is survived by her four children, daughters; Stracy Kim Runnels and husband Curtis, Kristy Lyn Saylor and husband Chris, sons; Shane Ross Workman and Ronny Loo Ellis, Jr. and his wife Kayla, four grandchildren; Savannah, Scarlett, Sawyer and Cooper. She is also survived four siblings; Barbara Philip, Lawrence Tucker, Raymond Tucker and Shasta Blair, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rhonda will be missed by both her family and friends.
