Rickey Lee Cox

Rickey Lee Cox, age 72, went on to the next life Friday, August 28, 2020. Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 1st at Evergreen Cemetery. A visitation will be Monday, August 31st at Edwards Funeral Home from 5-7 PM. Due to Covid-19 the Funeral Home is asking anyone in attendance to wear a face mask to protect the elderly and other immune compromised individuals.
Rickey was born April 21, 1948 in Ranger, Texas to A.D. Cox and Wanda Lee Wheeler Cox. He graduated from High School and moved on to serve proudly in the US Army during Vietnam War and also was a member of the VFW.
Rickey leaves behind his son, Derek Cox and wife Rebekah and grandchildren, Dylan and Rylee of Fort Worth; brother, Danny Cox of Eastland and nieces; Kassie Freshour and Kesha Cox. He is preceded in death by his parents, A.D. and Wanda Lee Cox.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
