Bob Lorino, 80, peacefully passed away on January 2, 2024, in The Woodlands, Texas. He was born on September 3, 1943, in Houston, Texas, and was a cherished husband, brother, brother-in-law, and friend.
Bob will be remembered for his unwavering kindness, quick wit, and generous spirit. He embodied the values of integrity and decency, leaving an indelible mark on the lives he touched.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 50 years, Rebecca, his sister Susan Williamson and her husband Richard, and his brother-in-law Worth Witmer and his wife Beth. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Charles Vernon Lorino Sr, his mother, Ann Bradley Lorino, his brother, Charles "Chuck" Vernon Lorino Jr, brother-in-law, Stuart Witmer, sister-in-law Sarah Jones father-in-law, William Witmer and mother-in-law Betty Jo Witmer. He was absolutely adored by numerous nieces and nephews.
Bob received his education at Spring Branch High School and continued his pursuit of knowledge at the esteemed University of Texas. He dedicated himself to a successful career in the real estate industry, where his professionalism and expertise were highly regarded.
In his leisure time, Bob found solace on the golf course. It was a passion that brought him joy and allowed him to forge lasting connections with friends and loved ones.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate Bob's life will be held at a later date. The burial will take place at noon on January 20, 2024, at the sacred grounds of 10-Shy Ranch in Strawn, Texas. The compassionate and dedicated team at Edwards Funeral Home, located in Eastland, Texas, is entrusted with assisting the family during this difficult time.
