Roberto Salazar Villanueva, 48, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in Amarillo. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 2PM in the Mt. Marion Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Edwards Funeral Home in Strawn on Friday from 6-8 PM.
Roberto was born on August 16, 1972 in Ranger to Carlos and Ludivina (Tobias) Villanueva. He attended First Baptist Church in Strawn, and will be remembered for his love of Strawn Greyhound Football and Mary’s Café.
Survivors include his mother, Ludivina Villanueva; brothers, Augustine, Reynaldo, Horacio, Ruben, and Ro Villanueva; sisters, Elsa Pacheco and Irma Nunez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother Antonio Villanueva.
