Roy Lee Notgrass, SR, age 87, went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, October 12, 2020 at his home. Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 15th at Eastland City Cemetery.
Roy was born June 20, 1933 in Nimrod, Texas to Aaron Valson and Venus Pierce Notgrass. He married Shirley Katherine Williamson on July 9, 1954 in Eastland, TX, whom passed away in 2017 after celebrating 63 years of marriage. He had two sons, Roy Lee, JR and Gary Lynn. Roy loved to work on cars and was proudly known as a “roughneck”. He was a member of the River of Life Church.
Survivors include his sons, Roy Lee Notgrass Jr and wife Joyce of Waxahachie and Gary Lynn Notgrass and wife Vicky of Midlothian; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Shirley; 1 grandson, and numerous brothers and sisters and brothers and sisters in law.
