Sandra was born August 9, 1962 in Odessa to James Edgar Willhelm and Joyce Annette (Francis) Willhelm.
She is survived by her mother, Joyce A. Willhelm; son, George Morales; brother, James Willhelm and wife Janet; 2 sisters, Jackie McDonald and Joyce M. Willhelm; niece, Kelly Willhelm; nephews, James Willhelm-Waid, Michael Willhelm-Waid, Morgan McDonald and Spencer Tatarko.
