September 15, 1921 — July 19, 2012

Vada Edith Bihn, 90, of Gorman, went to be with our Lord Thursday, July 19, 2012, at her home. Visitation was held on July 20th at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Eastland. Additional services are at noon Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Midland Missionary Church on S. Eleven Mill Rd. in Midland, Michigan, under the director on Wilson-Miller Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Lee Township Cemetery in Midland, Michigan.

Mrs. Bihn was born on September 15, 1921 at the Cooper home in Midland, Michigan to Roy & Edith (DeLong) Cooper. She worked at the General Motors plant in Ann Arbor, Michigan and at a convalescent home there. Most of the time she was a homemaker. She also taught numerous ages of Sunday School Classes. She enjoyed sewing, making quilts of all kinds, cooking & sharing the holidays with friends & family. She was a member of the Lighthouse Missionary Church in East Jordan, Michigan.

Ms. Bihn is preceded in death by her husband, Orvill J. Bihn; her parents; 2 brothers; a sister; and a grandson.

She is survived by 2 daughters & son-in-laws, Pam & Bill Hetrick of Strawn and Murial England of Carbon; a son & daughter-in-law, Gregory & Patti Bihn of Shepherd, Michigan; a brother, Frank Cooper; sister Phyllis Bihn both of Midland, Michigan; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; & 1 great-great granddaughter. Also her best friend & loyal companion Shadow.
